Ingredients

  • 1 Fresh Pineapple
  • 2-3 tsp honey
  • Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to around 375F / 190C
  2. Lay out a large sheet of aluminum foil and roll up the sides to make a bowl or use a disposable foil pan with high edges. They get messy.
  3. Arrange the pineapple spears on the foil in a single layer.
  4. Drizzle the honey evenly over the pineapple spears.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon on top to your desired taste.
  6. Cook for about 10-15 min, until the pineapple is warm and lightly caramelized.
  7. Enjoy warm, or chill for a refreshing treat!
