Skin Benefits
Each ingredient in this pudding does more than just taste good – it contributes to healthy, vibrant skin:
Strawberries – Rich in vitamin C strawberries help brighten skin & support collagen production. They’re also packed with antioxidants that fight free radicals & reduce inflammation, both of which are key in preventing premature aging & dullness.
Coconut Milk – Is full of healthy fats that deeply nourish the skin & help maintain a strong lipid barrier. A healthy barrier is crucial for retaining moisture & protecting the skin from environmental damage.
Chia Seeds – These tiny seeds are a superfood for your skin. They’re loaded with omega-3 fatty acids, which help calm inflammation, keep skin plump, & improve texture. The fiber in chia seeds also helps support a healthy gut & as we know, gut health & skin health are closely connected.
Lemon Juice – Adds a gentle detoxifying effect while providing additional vitamin C. It helps the body break down toxins that can otherwise show up on your skin as breakouts or dullness.
Honey – Known for its antibacterial & anti-inflammatory properties- making it a great ally in keeping the skin clear & soothed.
Pro Tip : Make it in batches!
This recipe also makes a fantastic healthy dessert. Blend up a few servings in advance & portion them into jars to keep in the fridge. Top with your favorite skin-boosting add-ons & grab one on the way out the door – it’s a satisfying, no-fuss snack that loves your skin back.
