Ingredients
- 1 Fresh Pineapple
- 2-3 tsp honey
- Cinnamon to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill to around 375F / 190C
- Lay out a large sheet of aluminum foil and roll up the sides to make a bowl or use a disposable foil pan with high edges. They get messy.
- Arrange the pineapple spears on the foil in a single layer.
- Drizzle the honey evenly over the pineapple spears.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon on top to your desired taste.
- Cook for about 10-15 min, until the pineapple is warm and lightly caramelized.
