All bookings can be made through the website or contact us by phone or email.
Before any facial treatment stop use of all exfoliants & Retinols (Topical vitamin A) 4-5 days before your appointment.
If currently using prescribed Tretinoin, stop use 7 days before your appointment.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, we require 24 hours notice, so that we can arrange for other clients to take your place. If you are not able to provide 24 hours notice, and we are unable to fill the time reserved for you, a late cancellation fee of 50% of appointment fee will be owed. The full cost of service will be charged for no shows, or appointments cancelled within 2 hours of appointment time. Please contact us directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
In the event that your missed appointment was booked using a gift certificate, the fee will be deducted from the balance of the gift certificate.
Please DO NOT come into your appointment if you are feeling ill. Please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange for other clients to take your place. You will be able to reschedule once your symptoms have passed.
The Deep Cleansing Facial, Extreme Hydration Facial, Dermaplaning & Microdermabrasion are all great treatments to receive while pregnant. To ensure appropriate products are being used during your treatment, please identify on your consultation form & notify the esthetician that you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
If you are a veteran waxer this service is an option for you as well. However, we recommend talking to your physician prior to booking your appointment.
